This photo shows the former Welsh Chevrolet car dealership showroom located at 241 S 3rd Street (Route 309), Coopersburg, PA. The dealership had started in 1914 across the highway, at the location currently occupied by the Turkey Hill gas station. It later moved to Main Street in Coopersburg. This showroom was build in the late 1970s when GM determined the showroom on Main Street was too small. The Main Street location continued to be for service and repair and this new location became the showroom and detailing center. The dealership closed it's doors in 1985.

Today this building is occupied by Thrifty Car Sales. The building to the left is no longer standing.
