This is Gardenville, looking north across the intersection of Rt 413 and Pt Pleasant Pike. The building in the center is currentlly Osbaldeston's Pets of the World. The building to the left is the Gardenville Hotel and in the lower right corner is the general store.

This was the old Pickering Store and Gardenville Post Office when I was growing up in Gardenville from 1954-1965! The Pickering family home is attached to the building (white); Polly (Pickering) and John Grim and family lived in the brick home top right. The Gardenville Hotel is in the left, bottom corner and is still there. They have fabulous food!
