This home is located on Byers Road in Summerhill and was built by Leroy Myers (Lula Stiffler Myers) in the early 1900's. It was a Montgomery Ward kit. Upon their deaths, their daughter Florene Myers Hettle lived in the home. It remains in the Myers family. The land was once part of a larger tract on the other side of the road owned by Leroy's father Wendell Luther Myers.
