The house burned down many years ago and the barn burned down within the past 5 years. This was Samuel Croyle's (wife Susan Weaver) homestead circa 1828 then sold to William F Hice and his wife Elizabeth Rorabaugh Myers Hice cira 1871 and more recently the John Karl house. The drive is off of Frankstown Rd. South Fork, The drive is very long and abutts to I 219.
