This is the Samuel Garrett homestead in Willistown township, on Boot Road.
The Terhunes lived here until 1976. The Washburns lived here for the next 40 years.
I believe the Barn and some property was sold to Richard and Nancy Sparks in the seventies when Terhunes owned it! The Sparks had a horse farm called Fox Run Farm.
There was a large indoor riding arena with connected stable built to the back of main barn . 2 apartments were added to the old barn. My aunt Nancy n uncle Richard lived there and owned Fox Run farm. Tragic fire in the 80s destroyed riding arena.
