Township of London Grove. The address was R.D. 2, Box 88, West Grove, PA, changed to 425 Ewing Road in the 1970s or 80s. Originally the road was Phillips Mill Road (grist mill across the road, demolished about 1965), until this section was renamed to honor Dr. Wm. Ewing. Illustrated and described in History of Chester County by Futhey & Cope, pub. 1881. At that time it was a large rose-growing operation. I lived here from 1970 to 1984. My then husband and I restored the house, inside and out, close to its appearance of 1810 (date of brick addition; stone section c. 1750-80). We added the small one-story addition. The property was later listed in the National Register of Historic Places (with some errors: nobody interviewed me!). There's a photo from 1974 under 1-ECH-17.
