Was this Tom Oats Chevrolet?

Tom Oates Chevrolet, Rt. 113 in Chester Springs, PA.
Building is still there, dealership went out of business around 2010ish. This pic has the new showroom in the pic with the old showroom's face replaced with bricks and the service area expanded.
