This farm was divided up and sold, at one time was ,as I was told ,Philips farm . I now own the house and 5.5 acres,the barn is long gone,In the early 2000's a horse barn was built on the other side the house,I purchased it in 2006,but I love it so much! It now has about 50 chickens,pigs,and an elderberry orchard! We added a wrap around porch and the first apple tree towards the barn by the road still produces apples!
