These houses were owned by the Black brothers and their families. Ed and Carol Black with their sons Adam and Brad lived on the right the names of the owners of the first house escape me, though they had a daughter named Emily. I can vaguely remember them being built in the 80's, I was very young and not yet in school. As kids we would follow an old road(barely a path even then) along the side of this corn field and back into the woods where there stood a couple old houses from god knows when. Many stories and dares about those creepy old places. haha I went back recently and was sad to find they had finally collapsed and there are now just a couple of rubble heaps back in the woods where they once stood. The world moves on.
