This was my home for 16 years. My dad was the first Superintendent of the Huntsdale State Fish Hatchery. I lived here from my birth in 1951 till 1967 when my dad retired. This is a beautiful home, but it has fallen into disrepair in recent years. The state no longer requires their Hatchery managers to live in the "state house" so many of them are being torn down. This is a historic property. It would be a tragedy to lose it to"progress"!
