I am nearly certain this is Troyer Potato Chip Factory, and to the right, lower corner is the Drive Inn Theater, both south of Waterford PA on route 97. It was torture to ride the school bus past this factory at 3pm, as the smell of fresh baked potatoes made the mouth water! The chip factory was sold to another food manufacturer, but the Drive Inn was bought by a local family that ran "family friendly movies" and a Sunday Flea Market. (Before that, it ran X rated movies)
