This place is no longer there, a Blue Beacon Truck Wash and Large Truck Stop is there down. My brother used to work here when he was a teenager. Right across the street from Stuckeys was an all night service station, a small one. One night, during the 60's, someone murdered the service station attendant. I believe his last name was Neff. The murder victim worked at GE full time and wasn't supposed to work the night he was murdered, he agreed to work that night for a fellow co worker that wanted the night off. Three women that were traveling through on I-90 (as can be seen in the picture) got off 90 at the Harborcreek exit to get gas, they found the murdered attendant. Ironically, the three women were traveling to the funeral of a loved one...
