The red pin on the map is centered on the approximate location of where the Mail Pouch barn in the above photo once stood. The Mail Pouch barn is ID'd as MPB 38-30-17 on the Mail Pouch Barnstormer's website.
The only thing left in this picture is the pond. All the other structures are gone. The cars are parked on the original road to Waynesburg (as marked on the 1876 Caldwell Atlas of Greene County) before it was replaced by the current route (PA-21) in the foreground. If you know where to look, the old road can still be found along PA-21 as well as PA-18,
