"This is the old McCoy family home near Pioneer Lake Road and the village of Cookport, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. It is an old home, built by the McCoys from local materials. Some family members live nearby in mid-20th century homes built on the farm, but this homestead is no longer occupied by any McCoy. There has been extensive landscaping done in the last few years (2015).

Purchased in 2002 by Stephen and Marcy Pavlosky. Added addition barns are no longer standing
