Definitely not new castle. This could possibly be in boardman Ohio.
Sorry. I’m wrong. It is west gate plaza. I didn’t know we had a Hills dept store back then. I always knew that store to be Treasure Island dept store.
This is Westgate Plazza in Union for sure...
I grew up in a house in front of the plaza. Before the plaza was there, there was a dairy there. Shoaf Brothers dairy. My dad and uncle owned it. Also Dr. Kitchen had a veterinary hospital at the for Dr of State street and Scotland lane.
