This is were Chestnut Hill Nursery on Rt 209 is now. The barn burned down in 1995.The house is still there it is a antique shop. My G Grandfather Eugene A Serfass traded the Fairview House in Mt Pocono in 1929 for this farm.He became Monroe county Sheriff in 1935 and my Grandfather Effinger F Serfass took over the farm along with my dad Charles E Serfass.
