That was my home when I was a girl. It was owned by Ray and Mable Kane and at that time was called Kane’s Motel. There were beautiful merry-go-round horses at each end of the circular driveway. Before the pool was put in my Dad damned up the creek behind the motel which was washed away in the 1955 flood.
