Bartonsville Truck Stop

this was the truck stop that is now the shopping center Giant Market, Red Lobster etc. Before the Truck Stop there was a Drive In Theater by the name of Paramount I believe

The truck stop was built in the early 1970s I believe. In the photo that is Interstate 80 in the background. The truck stop was along PA 611, immediately above the Interstate 80 and PA 33 interchange.

I slept there and fueled up there for years. In the 80’s and 90’s.
Never knowing I would someday live south of 611 down rimrock rd. Happy, but life has many twists and turns.
