2023 - Transfleet concrete on Gravel Pike around the corner bought ALL the land up to the front porch!! to force the owner to only sell the property to them...which he did. Now Transfleet is supposed to keep the first floor as a restaurant and offices on the second and third floors. Why did Transfleet do this? Because their office building is on the FEMA flood plan!
