This is the west end of the village of Pillow in Dauphin County. State Route 225 is known as Market Street when it passes through Pillow. This series of photos shows the buildings on the south side of the street. The house on the right was located at 261 Market Street, but this house has been torn down and replaced with a different house farther back from the street. The next house to the left is located at 255 Market Street. Oak Alley goes along the left side of that house, then turns left onto Mulberry Alley in the top left corner. The next two houses are located at 249 and 239 Market Street. This photo was taken facing south. Compare with photo 1-BNO-22 from 1967.
