THe Iames farm, Little Creek Road, West Bethlehem Township
This home was built in 1820. It lasted 199 years.
What was in the back of the house? It looks like another building.
There were several outbuildings. A chicken coop, a smokehouse, a horse stable, etc.
Hi Sean! Thank you for sharing your memory of the outbuildings on the property. Do you remember any other unique features of the farm from that time period? We love hearing stories about the history of the area.
Thanks. Was the home built by the father of John Howard Iams (artist)?
The original deed was a Clark. John Howard Iams lived in the house at one time. My parents are huge fans of his art.
