The building was built in 1901, although I think the water tower came much later. It was owned by Woodside Fine Fabrics until some time in the 1960s, when Dan River bought the mill. It was sold to Greenwood Mills in 1985, and later to Liberty Denim who went out of business in 2012. It has subsequently been demolished...
