I know where this house is - and your map is incorrect. This house is on the north-east side of Hwy 16 approximately 6 miles east of where you have it marked on the map. Coordinates are 29deg39'02.50"N 98deg48'48.91"W. There's a foot bridge that goes over the river and that decorative wall is still there. It's a very attractive house you can't miss if you're driving down Hwy 16.
