This house on Route 14 was owned in the 60s by Connie Sherwin, from NYC. She had the barn built, by my dad, George Nelson, in the early 60s. When the barn was built it was painted a sky blue. George and his wife, Janet, bought the farm in the early 70s and farmed there until around 1980-81. It hasn’t been a working farm for many decades.
