This is 640 Quaker Hill Road in East Montpelier. Vincent Flats Road runs left to right along the top of the photo. Note that it appears the intersection is under construction to change it from a T intersection to the curve that it currently is - probably to make it easier for buses to get to the new (in 1965) East Montpelier Elementary School further up Vincent Flat Road.
