Middlebrook Rd - formerly Thomas Small farm - currently Wonderley
This property was once owned by formar Capt. E. A. Fulcher of the Union Army after the Civil War. He was influential in the community and was also a distiller of whiskey, he sold his whiskey bottled as Fulchers Mt. Dew. There was a former house on the property which burned. The current house was built in 1890 and features solid brick walls standing on a limestone foundation, locally sourced rough cut pine and heartpine floors. We purchased the property in 2017 and are currently renovating the house.
