Schools family homeplace (same as photo 8-VKN-24). Land dates back to George Schools, born 1780 and fought in the Revolutionary War. The current structure was built in the early 1900s by a descendant, also Schools family. Several trees, barns and other structures, including the old kitchen have since fallen down.
