Old Exxon station at Aylett on the right. Former home of Mrs. Sara Fox Wendenburg in the center, which was originally a stage coach stop and tavern located across the highway, on the site of the former Southside Bank building. It was moved there when 360 was four-laned. The house on the left was the home of Latane Fauntleroy, VP of Southside Bank, and his wife Margaret.
