Mike & Barbara Williams
Woodlawn Farm, Enfield, VA: Rear portion of house built about 1760 on Upper College Tract land leased from College of William & Mary by Benjamin Timberlake. Front portion built mid-1800s after Timberlake family bought the land from the College about 1820. Purchased from Leroy Timberlake in 1930 by Charlie Davis (my grandfather) and owned by our family until sold in 1965 to Erwin Campbell. Subsequently owned by his uncle, Earl Scott. I lived in this house from birth until age 15.
