This was a 1 room school house back in the late 1800's and early 1900's. My grandfather and his brothers, Lacy and Russell, and sister, Elizabeth (Polly), attended this school around the 1910's. Later Polly taught at the same school. The building has been sold a number of time and been a house and store. It's been added on to also. Today I believe it a residence. The building resides on the corner on Rt 230 and Lost Mountain Road.
