That was Uncle Charlie & Aunt Ada DeJong's home on the right. The little house on the left was a rental on their property. The chicken coops were also on their property. Their house has been enlarged & remodeled; the little house is gone & lots of new homes built in the field behind. (Their son, Alvin, lives on S. Park St., Lynden.)
