1182 Birch Bay Lynden Rd, built by John Sturtz, it's still there and looks the same, the trees have just been cleared from around it. His grandson Kenny Sturtz lives there now and his daughter in law, Meretia Sturtz lives in a house to the right which is hidden in trees in the picture.
