What was then the James Rumsey Vocational-Technical Institute, now just the James Rumsey Technical Institute. Along WV Rt 9 between Martinsburg and Hedgesville. I studied electronic technology there in 1974 and 1975 under Mr. Paul Grove. Still going strong!
