Handi Shopper. Falling Waters, WV. Best subs and fried chicken in town. Owner has another sub shop, Locust Point, in Hagerstown, MD. The Handi Shopper was tore down in late 2000’s/early 2010’s. Now a Food Lion Shopping Center (built in 2012) with an AC&T Gas Station in front of the grocery store.
