Old family homestead. Atter Family. Delmar School House on the land. It has since been torn down.

This land was school property until the 60's when it was bought by Robert E. Lancor. The Delmar School building was brought to this property and set up in 1946. In the early 60's it was rendered obsolete and kids were shipped to Cadott, Boyd and Stanley schools. My mother went to this school and later to Cadott schools when it closed. My grandfather owned the land next and later my parents set up a trailer on the land. The school building was used for storage of straw by my grandfather and we used to play in the building as kids. Eventually the building became unsafe and it was torn down. Today, my mother still lives on the land, but the trailer house is gone and a a little house was built there in its place. The property looks much different today as there are many trees now.
