This was the Ted and Jeannette Lubick Farm (June 1978 - October 2016) which consisted of approximately 156 acres of tillable land and some woodland. Looking back 30 years later, it was a great place to grow-up. The farm always maintained livestock of beef cattle, hogs, a quarter horse, and a large flock of chickens from 1978 - 1986. This farm was considered a 'hobby farm' for the Lubick family which consisted of Ted, Jeannette and five children(ages 3 - 16 in 1978). The home was built in 1911, previously owned by Herbert and Mildred Anklam family. (It is believed that the Anklam farmstead precedes 1911.)

As of August 2016, all of the original out buildings and barns are gone. They were either damaged or destroyed in the tornado of 1980 (7/15/1980), and later torn down due to unsafe conditions. The timber was cut and milled from the property. Much of the lumber was either re-purposed to local wood workers, or burned as fire wood heat. Recently, the cedar grainery was torn down due to unsafe conditions. During the razing, Ted Lubick discovered a grainery board that was inscribed by a nail with the date: March 28, 1929.

Currently, a three-car detached garage (1995) and 40'x 60' (1982) pole barn remain. The home was renovated in 1997 and again in 2011.

On October 17, 2016, the Lubick farmstead was sold by auction. Address: S2065 Oak Knoll Rd, Fall Creek, WI 54742
