Bertha Bauer owned the property at this time. It was left to her son William. Her Grandson Mike Bauer now owns it.
The "old" house on the left was the original house from pre-1930s. The small huts next to the corral are the 'old' milk & pump house. The buildings on top (west) of the barn are the tool and woodshed (with the outhouse behind that). All are now gone. to the west of the garage is now a big shed. Most of the trees shown are now gone. The main house has been remodeled and added onto.
