Country Gardens Floral was on hwy 10 east of Waupaca, east of the airport. Owned by David and Carol Redman. They'd host a Christmas open house every year.
David and Carol are my second cousins. I remember walking into the warm greenhouse in the cold of winter to buy poinsettias for our house and for my grandparents. I believe I still own a Christmas cactus that was purchased here for my grandparents, then it passed to my mom and eventually to me, which I treasure!
Until seeing this today, I have found very little on the internet about the business, which was eventually sold and demolished for expansion to hwy 10 and the airport.
