This was the farm and dairy that belonged to A. D. Elders at the time of the photo. Today, I believe the land is part of Blackburn Ranch. Approximate address is 8131 Old Brock Road (near the intersection of Green Tree Dr. and Old Brock Road).

This is the same location as Photo 152-TPR-30 (1981). It was a Gulf station and cafe near the Brock exit on I-20. There is a Chevron station there today.

The is the old Brock Baptist Church. It was right across Grindstone Road from Brock School. I believe the building was torn down recently and a new church was built nearby.

This Gulf service station was at Brock Junction (on the service road at the Brock exit from I-20. For many years, there was also a little cafe there. I believe there is a Chevron Station there today. Address would be 7458 I-20.
