That sign on the roof looks like a "Norge ball" - which for years were used for the old Norge Village chain of laundromats ... close up, I can make out "VILLAGE"

Gib's Cafe. A very good "meat-and-three" diner during my days at ASU (mid '80s). Chicken and dumplings on Wednesdays - $3.00 bought you a lunch and tea, and you didn't leave hungry. Sadly, it's long gone.
