4980 Hansley Road SE, Sugar Grove,Ohio. This is in Berne Township. My wife Linda and I lived in this house from 2008 to 2016. When we bought it, the previous owners had built a wrap-around porch that replaced the porch shown in this photo. The barn/garage shown in the picture had been replaced by a 3 car aluminum pole style garage. While we were living there, the slate and shingle roof was replaced with a green metal standing-seam roof. We estimate this house was built in the 1800s, even though Fairfield County Auditor records state 1900.
