The house is no longer standing. The barn roof advertisement visible in the upper right portion of the photo is not very clear due to the camera angle. However, the 2012, 2015 & 2020 satellite imagery shows the word "JESS" is still visible despite the roof having been painted over with aluminum paint. This confirms the ad was for Meramec Caverns in Missouri and most likely once read: SEE JESSIE JAMES HIDEOUT, MERAMEC CAVERNS, US-66/I-44 STANTON MO. Pin location: 27601 US-50, Shattuc, IL 62231.
