The silos and elevators in the unincorporated community of Tabor, Illinois. The road is East 900N Road. The railroad is the Illinois Terminal's ex-Pennsylvania Railroad Peoria Secondary, which is now abandoned. Today this site is part of ADM Grain. Looking NW in the photo.
