Delbert Hageman Farm on Route 34 in Naperville. Dairy and grain farm. All lost to urban sprawl
The old Hageman farm on Route 34.
The house on the right is now located at The Growing Place at the corner of Kautz and Montgomery and dates from the early 1860s. It was purchased from the family in 2000 for $300 and now serves as the gift shop for the facility.

These buildings survived at this location through at least 2005, but were all gone by 2007.
