The 130 acres Synnestvedt Nursery located on the northwest corner of the intersection was here from 1959-2005 and was owned by Ralph Synnestvedt and Associates of Glenview. The northeast corner is the Chain O Lakes Mobile Homes located at 24430 W. Hwy. 120
