My father, Ron, raised hogs here. You'll see them in the building at the top of the photo (north of the house). In 1980, the house had just been built.

UPDATE: Since this photo was taken, the chicken coop (top left, between house & machine shed) and garage have been torn down. The garage was replaced with a modern garage in 2017. A grain bin was also erected behind the machine shed (to the right, in the photo) in the late 1980s-early 1990s.

Also, the shed at bottom right was originally configured to house hogs and a hay mound. Since my father got out of raising hogs in the late 1990s, it was retrofitted to be a machine shed.
