This was my Father and his station. Leo Bornder. Please correct the spelling. He passed away 12/15/1990. He was inducted into the Route 66 Hall of Fame on 6/11/2011

Standard/Amoco service station, 1002 West Main Street, Lexington, Illinois. At the intersection of old U.S. 66, the 4-lane highway, and Main Street. Today this is a Freedom Oil Company gas station.
