The old Gowdy Place. 1 and 3/4 miles south of Hwy 17 on 140th street. On east side of road. Nothing there now except the old driveway/field entrance.

From your comments, it appears many farms in this area are gone. Is that due to mega-farm buyouts?
Not really. Mostly just due to deterioration of the buildings and people moving into towns. So knock down the buildings and farm over them.
