1914 Sears house built in 1914 by W. B. Huffaker.
I grew up here! My grandfather, W.B. Huffaker had this Sears home built in 1914 in the middle of this grove of trees top of the hill. He named it Knob Hill Farm. Dad's 1963 Mercury in the garage and my grandparents 1961 Chrysler Newport parked behind the house. Pasture fences and cattle guards were still in place at this time. Lots of trees and bushes also. A lot of the foliage has died or been taken out by storms over the years. The old home is very much in tact, original interior, push button switches and wooden floors.
