By December 1995, all structures on the property, excluding the house and a large shed (not pictured, as it wasn’t built until the 80s) were demolished to make way for Piper Glen (a golf course and residential area). By December 1999, the house and shed were demolished. The Piper Glen Golf & Social Club building was built in its place, which is what is still there today.
